FIRST TIME VISITOR TO NUPHORIA?

WELCOME, If you are a First Time Visitor to Nuphoria please ensure you select a "Consultation" together with the treatment of your choice to ensure I have enough time to review your skin health and ensure the selected treatment is right for you!

REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY 

• No Refunds on Treatments/Services, as per Client Agreement signed during Consultation Appointment 

• Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.

• Nuphoria requires at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. 

• All subsequent late cancellations/missed appointments will be charged at 100% of service(s) scheduled.

• In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited without 24 hours notice given.

• Thank you for understanding of this policy, We must enforce this cancellation policy to ensure available appointments for all of our valued clients.
